We employ an executive chef to purchase the freshest ingredients, design and coordinate our freshly made produce and keep our kitchens at the highest possible standard according to HACCP regulations.

We are so confident of the standard carried throughout our kitchens that customers are welcomed, if not encouraged to arrange a tour of our premises and see first hand exactly where their food is coming from.
